We're excited to introduce our latest update, bringing powerful new tools to simplify supplier management and employee administration.

You no longer need to switch between multiple applications to manage supplier invoices. We've implemented a complete supplier onboarding, invoice submission, and validation workflow, enabling a more structured and compliant procurement process.

We're also introducing the first release of our new Employee Module, helping you centralize and manage employee documentation. This marks an important milestone in our journey toward becoming a complete business management suite.

In addition, we've significantly enhanced the dashboard experience. New capabilities such as invoice matching and KPI analytics provide greater visibility into your organization's performance and financial operations.

Supplier Portal - Allow suppliers to submit invoices directly through CYTO

When creating a new supplier, you can now define mandatory information and supporting documents as part of a structured onboarding process. Suppliers can submit the required information and invoices directly through a dedicated portal shared with them, ensuring better compliance and faster processing.

Employee Module - Manage and monitor employee documentation

The first building block of our upcoming Employee Management Suite is here. CYTO now allows you to store and manage employee documents, receive alerts for expired or missing documentation, and generate standardized exports to support HR and compliance processes.
